MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a strong unified voice for manufacturers representatives (in the Toy Industry) and to foster an environment to strengthen the relationships between the independent representatives and the Industry (including retailers, manufacturers and other industry associations).

OBJECTIVES
The objectives, aims and purposes of this Association shall be:

1. To inform, promote, protect, and preserve the best interests and welfare of manufacturer representatives in the toy, hobby and seasonal industry.
2. To evaluate the standards and methods of doing business within the industry.
3. To bring about closer relationships between manufacturers and their independent sales representatives.
4. To elevate and improve the moral and commercial standards of independent representatives.
5. To educate potential manufacturers and current manufacturers of the advantages of doing business with independent sales representatives.

6. To implement programs/benefits for the members of the associations. 7. To exchange and disseminate pertinent information, ideas, plans and programs helpful to its members. 8. To give support to measures that are fair, reasonable and equitable to the interest and welfare of its members and to oppose practices by salespeople and manufacturers, which are unfair, unreasonable and unethical. 9. To take a position and express an opinion on issues directly affecting the current and future well being of its members and the independent representative's industry.
